POLICIES APPOINTMENTS - We require deposits for all services. All security deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. -Please remove all makeup before attending your appointment. ***NAILS. Please come nails bare as we don’t offer removals or fills. No deposit for nails is required but a fee of 75% of the base cost for your service will be charged to the card on file for ALL cancellations made within 24 hours of said appointment time. CANCELLATIONS - Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 72 hours before your appointment. Please understand that you will lose your deposit if the appointment is rescheduled, changed or canceled less than 72 hours before the appointment date. (You will only be able to reschedule your appointment 1 time using the initial deposit). LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW You must arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the artist has the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit along with any other fees. - For safety reasons and to maintain a peaceful environment, I kindly request that only clients receiving services accompany me in the salon. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless they are receiving services.
